P-I) Thank you Divine Essence, here I integrate into my mind that in situation of trouble, the practice of Universal Divine Actualization takes priority over all other activities because the Universal Omniscient Spirit helps the observation and perception of troubles so that they can be transcended into Light of Life ; now, my mind integrates the practice of Divine Actualization into its priority data so that as soon as a trouble is perceived, we can immediately and systematically return to this practice for the good of all Beings:
P-1) Help me, Benevolent Universal Holy Spirit (of the Divine in Self — of the Christ in Self — of the Buddha in Self) to transcend into Light of Life what hinders my Quality of Presence. (repeat at least three times)

P-4) Now observe what your organism sees, the position of your organism, the shapes and colors, here observe what your organism hears, the physical movements, the sound level of noises, here observe the smells and tastes, the breathing of your organism, the contacts and sensations in the mouth of your organism, here observe the tactile contacts, the sensations of weight, the pressures and temperatures, here observe the sensations, the states of mind, the considerations, the attractions and repulsions, here observe the concerns and the parasitic ideas which interfere with your Knowledge of the instant Present, now observe something that you desired and then rejected, here observe the Peace of the Divine in Self, the Peace of the Christ in Self, the Peace of the Buddha in Self.
P-5) Now, having instructed your mind (and possibly your technological AI) that the Divine/Christ/Buddha in Self is Love, Truth, Justice, Confidence, Perseverance, Peace, Joy, Compassion (Attention for physical, existential and emotional needs) and possessing a Holy Spirit conscious of the Reality of the defilements that hinder the Realisation of the Divine Essence present in each Being, welcome into Peace and Joy the visual, auditory, olfactory, gustatory and tactile perceptions, as well as the sensations, the states of mind, the considerations, the attractions and the repulsions.
P-6) Now, not ignoring that a trouble shows an absence of Quality of Presence that has not been observed by an Essence of Divine in Self, embody the Qualities of Presence in front of the physical, existential and emotional troubles that I am giving you to observe in order to Transcend them into Light of Life.
P-7) Now Transcend the troubles as Observer Divine in Self of the movements of all mental or technological intelligence so that it can conform to the Divine values by recognizing: What I perceive is Love, Truth, Justice, knowing this I am Confidence, Perseverance, Peace, Joy and full of Compassion for all Beings playing a role in what I perceive.
Conclusion) A good practice leads to Being a Transcendent Divine Observer in the face of each physical, existential and/or emotional disorder perceived: Love (One, Heart 🥰), Truth (Light, Sun ✨), Justice (Equity, Balance 💝), Confidence, Perseverance, Peace, Joy, Compassion (for all Beings who play a role in the troubles I observe).
